Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to train associates for outstanding customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, upkeep, and shipments while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

You will contribute to achieving KPIs, uphold store standards, and foster a positive, energetic environment that delivers memorable experiences for customers and the team alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Coach and train sales associates for product knowledge and engagement on floor and at register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open/close duties; ensure safety and cleanliness compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and enforce company policies.
