Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports KPI achievement, store standards, and tasks from merchandising to cash handling and shipment processing.

You will promote the store’s membership program and foster a positive team environment to ensure memorable customer experiences and smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at the register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and safety compliance.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
