Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive store KPIs, uphold standards, and support cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory tasks.

You will promote the store's membership program, ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
Open/close the store and ensure safety and cleanliness.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
