Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training of associates, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to boost loyalty.

You will lead by example to drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement.
Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
Open/close the store, ensure safety compliance and cleanliness.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
