Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment. You will help meet KPIs, manage cash handling, and drive merchandising initiatives across the store.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to promote the store's membership program and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Assist daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety, cleanliness, and recovery procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
