Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader in the United States to support daily store operations and management tasks. You will train associates, handle cash and POS transactions, and promote the membership program to build loyalty.

You will help the Store Manager meet KPIs, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training sales associates and ensuring product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance, and resolve customer concerns.
• Support loss prevention and uphold company policies.
