Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help meet KPI goals, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will help maintain a dynamic, energetic environment, ensuring a clean, safe store and friendly customer interactions. This role requires leadership, multitasking, and strong customer engagement to drive store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training and developing associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business objectives.
