Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and ensuring top-tier customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash, and support merchandising and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will lead by example, coach staff on product knowledge, handle POS transactions, and assist with opening/closing procedures. A competitive pay range and active role in loss prevention are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience supervising or shifting leaders in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional attitude and energetic environment aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and participate in store promotions.
