CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and uphold store operations.

The role requires strong communication, supervision skills, and the ability to handle customer issues while maintaining a positive shopping experience. 40 hours weekly, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew through assigning and following up of activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain pricing, stock shelves and execute displays.
