CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

When there is no manager onsite, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Aufgaben

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Coordinate with store management and crews; supervise and direct activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, assist, and thank customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following plansogram (POG) guidelines.
