Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise the store crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise and present products; price and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
