CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed to standard.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandise presentation, and adherence to company policy, with a typical 40-hour workweek and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments following planograms and weekly promotions
