Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through outstanding customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and customer relations, with a base hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits for a full-time position. 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent store needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when management or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays and seasonal items.
• Maintain confidentiality and support a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
