Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and foster CVS customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures to keep the store running efficiently.

Key duties include supervising crew activities, communicating with management and team, assisting customers, and maintaining merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising store staff or teams
• Ability to supervise opening and closing procedures
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Maintain CVS customer service standards and confidentiality
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly promotions and POS/POG
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs)
