Job summary

You will lead store staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a welcoming environment for customers.

This full-time role requires flexible hours, strong communication and supervision skills, and a focus on safety, quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Promote excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Maintain stock, pricing and merchandising as per planograms.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
