Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB or ExCPT certification or pharmacy license as required by state (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems startups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers and patients to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing updates, and basic register duties.
• Maintains store appearance, inventory accuracy, and compliance with policies.
