Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and delivers a positive customer experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and oversees price changes and signage in line with regulations.
• Supervises team members, assists with vendor deliveries, and supports displays and merchandising.
• Performs basic bookkeeping tasks and supports store operations and policy compliance.
