Walgreens seeks a customer service-oriented team member who can open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the day. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with products, and resolving issues to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Additional duties include inventory checks, merchandising, and maintaining pricing accuracy and store cleanliness.

Competenze

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and displays maintenance; ensure pricing signage is correct.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping to maintain a clean, neat store condition.
• Serve as liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
