Walgreens is seeking a team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash duties, and prepare the floor for business. You will engage customers, handle returns, assist with vendor deliveries, and support displays and pricing to ensure accurate checkout.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following store policies while supporting warehouse and pharmacy window tasks as needed.

Competenze

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proven ability to handle cash, returns, and customer transactions accurately.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with proper systems start-up.
• Handle cash, refunds, and price changes; ensure proper signage and pricing.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and assist customers proactively.
• Coach team members, manage backroom operations, and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure store cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Support pharmacy window operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
