Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a hands-on team member to help open and close the store when management is unavailable, manage cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will assist with vendor deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

Key duties include processing returns and refunds, supporting pricing accuracy, and helping create appealing displays. Strong English communication and prior retail leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Retail experience with cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash.
• Process returns, voids, refunds, and cash drops; assist with price verifications.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization; set up displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
