Job summary

Walgreens seeks a team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash and ensure shelves and stock rooms are ready for the business day. You will process returns, refunds, and cash drops while delivering a consistent customer experience.

You will engage customers, assist with products and services, and model best practices to achieve a distinctive Walgreens experience for shoppers and patients alike.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent English: reading, writing and speaking.
• Possesses PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling required cash procedures and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience to customers and patients.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with vendor deliveries and displays as needed.
