Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in leadership or retail key holder roles.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries through backdoor.
• Register all sales, record scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist in evaluating displays, pricing signage, and stock rotations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Assist with back-office tasks, including cash reports and bookkeeping as requested.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local laws on regulated products, and proper store appearance.
• Coordinate with management on tasks when store management is not present.
• Attend training and complete PPLs as directed.
