Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Ensures floor and stock room are ready for the business day and opens back door for deliveries.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members in customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Maintains store keys, participates in vendor orders, and handles price changes and signage.
• Registers sales accurately, tracks scanning errors, and notes price verifications.
• Supports merchandising, displays, resets, and stock rotation; maintains inventory accuracy.
• Assists with cash reporting, ledgers, and bill payments as requested.
• Ensures store cleanliness, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for products.
