Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops, and provides change.
• Creates a positive customer experience and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages cashier registers, records scanning errors, price verifications, and price changes as required.
• Assists with inventory control, backroom organization, and basic merchandising.
