Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an team member to support store operations in Illinois. The role includes opening/closing procedures in the absence of management, processing returns, refunds, and cash drops, and delivering a distinctive customer experience while assisting customers with products and services.

You will engage customers, uphold pricing and promotions, stock and rotate merchandise, and help maintain store safety and cleanliness. Prior leadership or key holder experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash handling tasks.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Remains knowledgeable about store inventory, displays, pricing, and promotions.
