• Process returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team.
• Support vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Register sales accurately and maintain records of pricing, voids, and errors.
• Assist with displays, pricing changes, and stock organization.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
