Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, handling cash, preparing the floor and stock room for the business day, and assisting with deliveries through backdoor access.

In this role, you will engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens’ distinctive service standard. You will also assist with inventory, pricing, basic bookkeeping, and maintaining a neat store environment while following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and floor readiness.
• Manage cash drops, returns, refunds, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and model Walgreens service traits to ensure satisfaction.
