Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store operations, inventory accuracy, pricing, and housekeeping.
• Assists with displays, pricing changes, and basic department maintenance.
