Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues.
• Manages store keys, pricing, inventory, and backroom operations; supports vendor deliveries.
• Ensures compliance with policies, prepares displays, and assists with basic bookkeeping and maintenance.
