Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with team to manage vendor deliveries, pricing, and backroom stock with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory counts and pricing signage, including basic department pricing and local regulatory compliance.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, cash reports, and store maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support displays, resets, and merchandising to reflect promotions and seasonal changes.
• Communicate tasks to team members when management is not present and report issues to management.
