Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or retail supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling duties; assists with price changes and signage.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom and stockroom processes, and basic store maintenance.
