Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are offsite, you lead the staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help deliver a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem solving, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical and computer skills.
Advanced communication and supervision skills.
Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead store staff when no manager on site and ensure opening/closing procedures.
Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
Merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays, signage and inventory per weekly, promotional and seasonal plans.
Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
