Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a strong emphasis on customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff and oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will supervise the crew, communicate with management, assist customers with inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and manage merchandising tasks including pricing, stocking, displays, and inventory

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
