Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and delivering exceptional customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS policies.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, sign & inventory per weekly promos and seasonal plans.
