CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth daily workflows, and oversee opening and closing tasks to maintain standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Supervise store crew and coordinate activities when manager is absent.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays are updated per planogram.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and timely.
