CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and customer service excellence at our CVS/pharmacy location. When managers are not onsite, this role leads staff and ensures smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, supervision experience, and flexibility to work mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store management to communicate effectively across teams.
