CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering excellent customer service and smooth operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, supervise daily tasks, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and accountability as you mentor crew members, manage cash and merchandising, and uphold CVS policies while fostering a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight and weekends, and respond to urgent issues at the store

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints per policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and manage displays and inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information
