Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers aren’t onsite, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a smooth operation.

You will help supervise the team, handle customer inquiries, and uphold CVS customer service standards while promoting a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and maintain confidentiality of customers.
