Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and preparing the floor.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications with registers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain store appearance and inventory.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Support with pricing, signage, and basic bookstore/stockroom upkeep.
