Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting, assisting with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, display development, and seasonal resets.
• Support store operations including vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
