• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close when management is not present and coaches others in backdoor/vendor processes.
• Registers all sales with accuracy and handles price verifications and voids.
• Manages basic department pricing and ensures proper signage for pricing compliance.
• Performs bookkeeping activities and assists with back-office tasks as requested.
