Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash, and ensure floors and stockrooms are ready for business. You will handle returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with products, supervising team members, managing deliveries, pricing, inventory, and basic store maintenance.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required cash handling.
• Greet customers, assist with products, and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with deliveries, vendor orders, backdoor access, and seating of stock.
