Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a key holder/leadership-friendly role to support daily operations. You will open/close the store in the manager's absence, handle cash and refunds, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business.

Additionally, you will engage customers, coach teammates on service goals, assist with deliveries, and maintain pricing accuracy while upholding store standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership/retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management with all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures pricing/signage accuracy.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and basic store maintenance requests.
• Serves as a liaison between management and team when store management is not present.
