Walgreens in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Store Key Holder to help lead store operations in the absence of management. You will open and close, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for business each day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, assist with pricing, displays, and inventory, and support the management team to maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming store environment for all visitors.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license may be required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and makes change for registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintains inventory counts and stockroom accuracy.
• Registers sales, handles price checks, and records scanning errors.
• Assists with displays, pricing signage, and merchandise resets.
• Supports housekeeping and maintenance to keep a clean store.
• Ensures compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Provides support at Pharmacy out window when requested.
