Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is unavailable; handles start-up systems and cash handling.
• Processes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is absent; partners with store operations as needed.
• Maintains accurate cash handling records, pricing signage, and inventory counts.
