Job summary

• Valid PTCB certification or state pharmacy license as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and pricing; assists with displays, signage, and regulatory compliance.
