Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered in hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and system start-ups.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Assist with and coach team members on inventory and vendor ordering processes; handle backdoor deliveries.
• Register sales accurately and document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Maintain store displays, pricing signage, and overall cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and stock rotation as needed.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and daily cash reports.
