Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash drops, refunds, and reconciles cash at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to resolve issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing and display updates.
• Grooms backroom and sales floor, assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Supports training and communications between management and team members.
