Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, assists with products and services, and resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Delivers tasks to team members when management is not present and reports disciplinary issues to management.
