Job summary

Walgreens in Minnesota seeks a capable team member to open or close the store when management is absent, handling cash and ensuring floors and stock rooms are ready for business. You will resolve customer questions and help with returns, refunds, and store operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, pricing signage, and providing a consistently friendly customer experience. Prior retail leadership is preferred and a clean record is needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Resolves customer issues and assists with products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing and merchandising tasks as needed.
